Practical Support for Independent Older Adults
One Trusted Local Person. Whatever the Day Calls For.
Life doesn’t always fit neatly into a schedule — and neither do the things your family needs help with.
Home & Family Concierge gives you one reliable local person to turn to for both your loved one and their home. I can help with everything from errands, appointments and companionship to home check-ins, vendor coordination and those little things that are hard to manage from across town — or across the country.
And because needs change from week to week, your service is designed to be flexible. You’re not locked into the same tasks or the same schedule every week. Most importantly, you won’t have to coordinate with a revolving door of caregivers, drivers and service providers.
You call one person. You know who’s showing up. And we figure out what needs to get done.
Free In-Person Consultation
We’ll meet at the home, talk through what kind of help would be most useful, and make sure we’re a good fit. This is also a chance for me to get a feel for the home, routines, priorities and any concerns you may have. If you want to begin services, we’ll determine the right plan. If my services can’t meet your needs, I’ll refer you to another local service provider in my network who can help.
Ongoing Concierge Options
Concierge Flex Hours
Pay by Hour
$115
Option 1
$500
5 hours to use whenever and however you need
Option 2
10 hours to use whenever and however you need
(1 hr. minimum per visit for each option)
A flexible option for families who want help available but don’t necessarily need it every month or the same amount of help every month.
Use the hours where they are most useful — appointments, errands, companion visits, home projects, contractor coordination or any combination of services.
Includes family communication and updates after every appointment.
$900
Monthly Concierge
$425/month
5 hours each month (1 hr. minimum per visit)
A good fit when a little consistent support would make life noticeably easier.
Use the hours however they are most helpful that month. One month may include several short errands or visits; another may include one longer appointment or household project that needs oversight.
While standard weekly appointments can be made if that is helpful, I offer flexibility with scheduling since needs don’t always arise Tuesday mornings at 10:00.
Includes priority scheduling and family communication and updates after every appointment.
Family Concierge
$775/month
10 hours each month (1 hr. minimum per visit)
For families who want a more consistent local presence and the reassurance of knowing someone familiar is regularly available.
Hours can be used flexibly throughout the month and do not need to be divided evenly from week to week. Regular weekly visits can be scheduled if helpful, but are not the default.
Includes priority scheduling and family communication after every appointment.

After-Hours Support
Regular hours, Mon-Fri 8 am - 6 pm,
After-Hours Availability Retainer — $150/month
Provides access to after-hours phone/text support and priority response for unexpected non-medical needs.
If an in-person visit is needed:
First hour included as part of the retainer
$125/hour thereafter
$150/month add-on to any package
Especially comforting for family members who are out of town, this option developed as the need became apparent. A pipe bursts at 8 pm or the furnace stops working; you need someone on-site asap, not at the next scheduled visit. I can be that person. I can be there when you can’t.
Optional Professional Home Inspection $250
Sometimes caring for the person also means keeping an eye on the home around them.
For families who want a clearer picture of the home’s overall condition, a professional home inspection can be added to any service plan. The inspection is completed by a licensed home inspector and includes a written report outlining major systems, maintenance needs, potential concerns and items to keep an eye on. I will review the findings with you and we can make a plan to address any issues. I’m your boots-on-the-ground liaison with any vendors needed, such as plumbers, electricians, groundskeepers etc.
It can be especially helpful for adult children managing a parent’s home from a distance, or for anyone who simply wants to feel more confident that small issues aren’t being missed. The report is yours to keep and can be used to help prioritize repairs, maintenance and future planning.
How It Works
1 — We Start With a Free Consultation
We’ll meet at the home, talk through what kind of help would be most useful, and make sure we’re a good fit. This is also a chance for me to get a feel for the home, routines, priorities and any concerns you may have.
2 — Choose the Level of Support That Fits
Some families need just a little help here and there. Others want more consistent support each month. Choose the option that best fits your needs now — knowing those needs can change over time.
3 — Use Your Time Your Way
Your hours are flexible. You might use one hour one week and three the next. One visit may be focused on errands or an appointment, while another may be helping around the house or meeting a service provider.
You’re not locked into the same tasks or the same weekly schedule.
4 — Add a Professional Home Inspection, If Helpful
For families who want a more complete picture of the home itself, a professional home inspection can be added to any service plan for $250.
The inspection is completed by a licensed home inspector and includes a written report for you to keep, outlining the home’s major systems, maintenance items and potential concerns.
