About Home & Family Concierge
Personal Help. Local Support. Long-Term Relationships.
Home & Family Concierge was created around a simple idea: families and homeowners often don’t need another large company or rotating list of individual service providers. They need one dependable person they know and trust.
I provide practical, non-medical support for older adults, families, and homeowners throughout the greater Portland area. That might mean helping with errands or appointments, checking in on a parent, coordinating a contractor, keeping an eye on a home while someone is away, or simply being the local person a family can call when something comes up.
What makes Home & Family Concierge different is that it is intentionally small and personal. When you hire me, you work with me. I get to know the people, the home, the routines, the preferences, and the little details that make support feel genuinely personal. I limit the number of clients I accept so that I can remain flexible and available.
Built for the Long Term
My intention is not to step in for a few weeks, complete a checklist, and disappear. I hope to build relationships
with clients that last for years.
As life changes, the kind of help someone needs may change too. A client who initially needs an occasional ride
or errand may later want more regular support. A homeowner may begin with Home Watch and eventually need
help coordinating projects or managing things while away.
The longer I know a client, the more useful I can be — because I already understand the history, the preferences,
the home, and what matters most.

A Little About Me
I started Home & Family Concierge after seeing the need firsthand in my own family and circle of friends.
There is a real gap between being able to live completely independently and needing traditional assisted living or in-home care. Often, what someone needs is simply a little help with the practical, everyday things that have become harder to manage.
I found myself filling that gap first for my grandparents, then for my aging aunt, and eventually for friends’ family members — watering plants that were difficult to reach, walking the dog safely, returning packages, picking up groceries, running errands, and taking care of the countless little things that make daily life easier.
What became clear to me was that the tasks themselves were only part of what mattered. Having one familiar, trusted person made all the difference. Someone who already knew the person, the home, the routines, and the family didn’t have to start from scratch every time.
That experience became the idea behind Home & Family Concierge: to be that dependable, local person for other families — providing practical help, personal attention, and a relationship that can grow and evolve over the years.
