Peace of Mind When You’re Away
Whether you travel frequently, split time between homes, are away for an extended period, or simply want another set of eyes on the property, Home Watch gives you a trusted local person to check in and let you know how things look.
I’ll walk through the home using a customized checklist, look for anything unusual, and send you an update after every visit. You’ve got things to do; I’ve got the house.
The goal is simple: catch small issues early, handle what needs attention, and give you confidence that someone dependable is keeping an eye on things when you can’t.
What I Check:
Each visit is tailored to the home, but may include:
Doors and windows
Signs of leaks or water intrusion
Heating and cooling concerns
Unusual odors or visible damage
Appliances or fixtures you’ve asked me to monitor
Exterior observations
Mail, packages, or deliveries
General signs that something simply isn’t right.
If I find issues that need to be addressed, I’ll let you know and can be your local point-of-contact for arranging any repairs or maintenance that needs to be done.
Optional Professional Home Inspection $250
For people who want a clearer picture of the home’s overall condition, a professional home inspection can be added to any service plan. The inspection is completed by a licensed home inspector and includes a written report outlining major systems, maintenance needs, potential concerns and items to keep an eye on.
The report is yours to keep and can be used to help prioritize repairs, maintenance and future planning.
