Need one hour this week and three the next? That’s fine. You’re not locked into four-hour blocks or the same day and time every week.

One person you can count on.
You hire me, you work with me. The same trusted local person gets to know you, your routines, your home, and your family.

Help for both the person and the home.
From errands, appointments and companionship to home check-ins, vendor coordination and everyday household tasks, I help manage the whole picture. Most services focus on one or the other. I do both.

How I Can Help?

Flexible, non-medical support built around what would make life easier for you or someone you care about.

Help may include things like:

• Companion visits and outings

• Help getting to appointments, errands or activities

• Grocery shopping, returning packages and everyday errands

• Eyes on the house for safety issues, deferred maintenance etc.

• Waiting for or coordinating contractors and service providers

• Organization and small projects

• Helping manage appointments, deliveries and household logistics

• Chair yoga or light stretching for mobility

• Help with everyday tasks like walking the dog, watering the plants and folding laundry

• Other reasonable everyday needs

There isn’t a rigid list of tasks you have to choose from. If it’s a reasonable, non-medical need that would make life easier, just ask.

Not home care. Not a handyman service. Something in between.

What I Don’t Provide

Home & Family Concierge is a non-medical concierge service. I do not provide medical care, medication management, bathing or toileting assistance, heavy cleaning, skilled home repairs, financial or legal services, emergency care or 24-hour caregiving.

Sometimes what a family needs isn’t home health care, a cleaning service or a property manager. They just need a capable, dependable person who knows them, knows the home and can help.

Your mom calls because the furnace stopped working.
Call me.

Your dad needs a ride to an appointment and you can’t take him.
Call me.

A contractor is coming Wednesday and someone needs to meet him.
Call me.

You’re hundreds of miles away and something comes up.
Call me.

If it’s non-medical, there’s a good chance I can take it off your plate.

Home & Family Concierge is intentionally small and personal, so I can get to know your family, your priorities and how you like things handled — and be there as needs change over time.

A Thoughtful Beginning

Before ongoing concierge services begin, I start with a FREE In-Person Meeting. This gives me a chance to understand the person, the home, the family’s priorities, and where support would genuinely be useful. It also gives both of us the opportunity to make sure the relationship feels like the right fit. We’ll determine what kinds of things your loved one needs help with and then find the right service package to best meet those needs. If I’m not the best person to meet your needs, I’ll let you know that too, and refer you to another trusted service provider in my network who can.
